Protocol for Reporting of Complaints

The Parish is always open to suggestions and feedback from families and children about how the Church conducts our programmes and services, how we are including children in the work of Christ, and helping to create a community where the dignity of each person is able to flourish in peace and harmony.

Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney Safeguarding Online Training

The Safeguarding & Ministerial Integrity Office of the Archdiocese of Sydney is pleased to announce Safeguarding Induction Training is now available online for workers and volunteers of the Parish Community and Youth Ministry workers and volunteers.

Safeguarding Induction Training

In order to access the online Safeguarding Induction Training, you will need to provide the Safeguarding Office with a few details to allow us to set up and online account for you. Within 48 hours of completing this online form you will receive an email with your username, password and a link that will take you directly to the training.

SAFEGUARDING REFRESHER TRAINING

Once a volunteer has completed the initial safeguarding training, an Online Safeguarding REFRESHER Training is required every 3 years, by clicking on this link to register for the training. If you are unsure of when you completed the  face-to-face Level 1 Safeguarding Training, please email the Safeguarding Team at safeguardingtraining@sydneycatholic.org
